Is this a sales call?

No. It's a working call where I look at your six levers, tell you what I'd fix first, and answer questions. If we're a fit, we talk about next steps at the end. If not, you've still got a useful audit.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Just your website URL, your trade, and your patch. I'll do the audit live on screen.

Will I speak to Jamie directly?

Yes. Always. There's no-one else to put you through to.

Can I reschedule?

Of course. The confirmation email has a reschedule link. Trades work — jobs overrun. No drama.

What if I'm outside Yorkshire?

I'll politely decline and point you to someone good for your area. Yorkshire-only is on purpose — it's how I deliver.
